The Challenge

Managing workforce competencies involves employees, qualifications, validity periods, departments, and mandatory requirements. The existing workflow made it difficult to identify missing competencies, expiring certificates, and cases requiring immediate action.

The goal was to transform a dense administrative tool into a clear decision-making system that makes qualification gaps visible, supports fast investigation, and enables users to act without losing context.

The platform was structured around four core areas: the competency matrix, competencies, employees, and administration. This creates a clear flow from organisation-wide overview to detailed investigation and action.
